How do you get my consent?

When you provide us with personal information to make a purchase, sign up for the discussion board or library, want more information about Futurepast, or participate in a training course, you imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. Futurepast: Inc. maintains several e-mail lists to facilitate the transfer of information to clients and potentially interested persons, and for other business purposes. Futurepast will confirm, upon request, whether an individual has received a certificate from us. Information subject to disclosure includes the name of the certificate holder, the date the certificate was issued, and the name of the course or courses covered by the certificate.


If you purchase Futurepast goods or services offered for sale on our site, your payment transaction is handled by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. While Futurepast makes no representations about the security practices of this third-party, we have selected Stripe in part because of their commitment to comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Stripe represents that your purchase transaction data is stored on their site only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction.
