When your Personal Information is removed, it will be deleted from our active databases or anonymized so that the information is no longer identified with you, but the information may remain in our archives if FUTUREPAST determines that it is not practical or possible to delete it.

(12) YOUR RIGHTS CONCERNING COMPLAINS TO RELEVANT AUTHORITY

As you are the subject of the Personal Information, accordingly you have the right to lodge a complaint with a relevant management authority in our organization and externally, in particular, with the relevant authorities of the state of your habitual residence, place of work, or place of the alleged misuse or infringement, if you believe that the processing or management of your Personal Information does not comply with legal requirements.
