ISO 14064:2019 Part 3

 

Futurepast offers six courses on verification and validation of GHG statements that can be taken individually, or as a package for a discounted price. Access our online courses here. The courses are interactive and available 24-hours a day. In accordance with ASTM E2659-18, a certificate will be awarded for individuals who have successfully completed a course module, or a suite of course modules, and passed the exam (70% or greater). You have 31 days to complete each course.

  • Courses are provided through Thinkific, an online course platform (an Internet connection is required)
  • Courses are available 24-hours a day and are self-paced
  • Text information is audio enhanced, and each module includes learning assessment checks and an overall exam

Your Instructor

You will receive instruction from a leading expert. Our courses are authored by Dr. John Shideler. John provided key input to the three ISO working groups that developed ISO 14064 Parts 1 and 3, and ISO 14067. John has more than ten years’ experience as an accredited verifier and validator. He currently serves as chairman of ISO TC207 Subcommittee 4 on Environmental Performance Evaluation, and as a member of the ISO Technical Management Board’s Climate Change Coordination Task Force. He was the Climate Services Manager for NSF, an accredited third-party verification and validation body, until 2021.

Schedule

Once you have created a Thinkific account and paid for the course, you will receive a welcome e-mail. You may then begin your course work. Each course has a specific time limit, although the courses are available 24-hours per day.

Futurepast encourages verifiers to join our library of resources to gain access to information that may be helpful throughout the Futurepast training courses and beyond.

Futurepast Online Course Refund Policy

Payments made for online courses are NOT refundable. However, the enrollment may be transferred with advance notice to Futurepast, if circumstances prevent an enrolled individual from taking an online course. Once a student has begun a course, no transfer requests will be honored, and no refunds of fees will be granted.

Upgrades & Discounts

Students who purchase an individual course module within a suite and choose to upgrade to the full suite of courses, that includes the purchased course module, may apply the purchased course fee(s) as a credit against the price of the related suite.

Volume discounts for online course enrollments are available to organizations training more than three persons. Please e-mail fptraining@futurepast.com to discuss.

Other Terms and Conditions

Online training courses may NOT be transferred to or shared with another student.

Prior to starting the course, please read ISO 14064:2019 Part 3. This standard may be purchased either from your national member body or from the ISO standards store [English, French only].

Futurepast Inc. Appeals Policy

An appeal may be submitted when a student believes a grade was miscalculated by the instructor. To file an appeal, please e-mail Futurepast’s Training Manager at fptraining@futurepast.com.

The appeal may be submitted no later than 30 calendar days after the certificate issuance date.
